Artisan fresh falafel

Falafelería has begun its expansion under the franchise model. The essence of Falafelería is healthy, bursting with flavors, vegetarian street food, served in a cool, artisan, and cheerful atmosphere.

The concept was created in Madrid by an Israeli couple: Shai and Lotem Kirchheimer Gaziel. Together they brought part of the flavors, atmosphere, colors and freshness of Tel Aviv to Spain. Falafeleria is located in Malasaña, in the center of Madrid, where it has experienced great success since its opening in February 2017.  They are also the owners of  La Hummusería, a vegetarian Hummus restaurant located in Madrid that had great success since its inception.

We combine the benefits of fast-food - fast service, simple elaboration and atractive price, with a characteristic Malasaña atmosphere created from details such as design, vintage furniture, friendly staff and careful musical selection.

Our brand name is derived for Falafel,  which in this case is freshly made daily, following an exact recipe that includes many fresh herbs and a special mixture of spices. The Falafel is served in a pita bread ‘pocket’ with fresh vegetables, pickles and the traditional sauces that accompany the Falafel: Tahini, green Sjuj, red Sjuj and Amba. But our offer goes further, including other options such as Sabij, Vegan Shawarma and homemade fries with vegan capers and lemon aioli.

 

From the first day, the insistence on quality, good service and value for money has been recognized by our customers, and Falafeleria has received a certificate of excellence from Trip Advisor for the year 2019 and it is high scored on Trip Advisor, Google and Facebook, demonstrates the high customer satisfaction with the quality of the food and the excellent service. Likewise, Falafeleria was noticed by the largest media in Spain (El Mundo, Time out, Tele Madrid and more) and was praised for its innovation, freshness of flavors and high quality.

The franchisee's profile that the brand is looking for is someone passionate for creating something different, a restaurant that is not the usual fast food place, but a unique place where the exquisite food meets a great atmosphere. In short, someone with love for people and, on the other hand, a passion for perfection, details and quality.

Falafelería proposes a fresh and daring business model, which can be easily managed thanks to its standardized processes and the company's support in all phases, from opening to success.

 

With regard to economic conditions, the initial investment is  starting at 65,000, with an entry fee of € 12,000 and a 5% royalty. In addition, the small size of the premises and its relatively simple management and low labor cost makes Falafelería an attractive franchise also in terms of profitability and rapid return on investment.
